3 Immune-Boosting Smoothie Bowls

A bowl of a smoothie packed with vitamins and antioxidants is an excellent way to boost your immune system!

💛  Yellow Boost  -  Tropical Smoothie Bowl 💛

 

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of frozen tropical fruit mix (mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit)
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp of coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp of fresh  ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp of Rawnice Curcumin Powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Splash of coconut milk

Toppings:

  • Coconut chips
  • Puffed quinoa
  • Star fruit

Direction:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into your favorite bowl and add the toppings: coconut chips and few slices of star fruit (or any other fruit of choice)

 

💗 Pink Citrus - Ginger Smoothie Bowl 💗

Ingredients:
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 oranges (peeled, chopped - we used blood oranges)
  • 1 tsp of fresh ginger (grated)
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of Rawnice Pink Pitaya Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cardamom

Toppings:

  • Orange slices
  • Puffed quinoa

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor place oranges, add lemon juice, ginger, maple syrup, cardamom and  Pink Pitaya Powder. Add  frozen bananas and blend all until smooth. 
  2. Transfer into a bowl and add the toppings.

 

💜 Purple Berry Smoothie Bowl 💜

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 100 gr of frozen red currants
  • 100 gr of fresh blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp of Rawnice Black Goji Powder 
  • 2 tbsp of vegan "greek style" yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Splash of almond milk

Toppings:

  • Fresh banana (sliced)
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Frozen currants
  • Puffed quinoa

Directions:

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Transform into your favorite bowl and add the toppings.
