  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

For the Vanilla Chia Pudding:

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, plant-based milk, Rawnice Vanilla Caramel Protein Powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Whisk the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumps from forming.

  4. After 10 minutes, give the mixture a final stir, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
