How to make vegan white chocolate

The key ingredient - Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter is the main ingredient that you will need to create white chocolate at home.
Cacao butter is a type of fat that comes from cocoa beans. To harness the cacao butter, the beans are taken out of the larger cacao plant.
Cacao butter is high in fatty acids, which is why it is often touted to hydrate and nourish the skin and improve elasticity.
How to make vegan white chocolate
You will need few ingredients to make your white chocolate:
- Cacao Butter
- Cashew Butter
- Powdered Sugar
- Non-dairy milk powder
- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional, some coconut oil
👉 Remember to chop cacao butter into small pieces - it will be easier to melt it. Sift the powdered sugar to better incorporate it into the mixture.

Step by step
The process of making homemade white chocolate is not complicated.
1. Melt the cacao butter.
The best way to melt cacao butter is to heat a pan with water and place over it a heat-proof bowl with the cocoa butter. Stir from time to time to melt it faster. Melted cacao butter will be thin
2. Add the other ingredients.
When the cacao butter melt, add the cashew butter and stir well. Then add the powdered sugar, milk powder, vanilla extract and salt. Mix everything well.
*Optional, add the food colouring powders. If you want to make few colors just divide the mixture into dew parts, add chosen powders and mix well. Set aside the mixture to cool down.
3. Pour into the moulds.
When your chocolate mixture is ready, use the spoon and pour it into the moulds of choice.
4. Set to the fridge.
Put the moulds with chocolate into the fridge and let it set for around 1-2 hours. After this time, take off the moulds from the fridge and remove the chocolate. Enjoy!

- 1 tsp of Blue Spirulina Powder
